Shipping and delivery
Shipping will be done via GogoXpress or NinjaVan (For bigger packages).
Metro Manila: 2 to 5 business days
Provincial: 3 to 7 business days.
Kindly give our team 1-2 days to process your orders before shipping out the items.
Note: Business days do not include weekends and holidays in the Philippines.
If customers would like more information on the location updates of their items after we ship them out or hand it to the courier, it is their responsibility to follow up with the courier.
Note: Once we have shipped your package, we have zero control on the delivery schedule by the courier. Please contact them directly for any concerns about delays or schedules.
Once your order has been handed out to the delivery courier, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you haven't received any email, you may message us at @storeit_ph on Instagram.
Make sure to input your complete address including your Barangay to avoid unnecessary inconvenience to both the seller and customer. Refunds and replacement are not allowed for failed deliveries due to wrong address input.
Return to Sender
If your parcel is automatically returned to sender by the courier, we will contact you via SMS or email to arrange redelivery once we receive it. Please note we are unable to offer a refund for return to sender fees. Additional shipping fees for redelivery will be paid by the customer.
Order does not arrive
Our couriers have online tools that can be used to track your parcel once it is shipped out. We encourage customers to track their parcels so they can prepare for the parcel's arrival. Store It PH is not responsible for the failure of delivery or lost items by these couriers. However, should this happen please let us know so we can check if we can assist.
